It's honestly really frustrating and disappointing to deal with this situation. I spent $700 on an iPad expecting it to last, only for the charging port to stop working after just two months of normal use. When I went back to Walmart for help, they offered no support or solutions at all, which made the whole experience even worse. Now, after going to Apple, I'm being told I have to pay another $500 just to replace the device bringing my total to around $1200 for what is essentially an older iPad. It feels unfair to have to pay so much for something that should have worked properly in the first place, and the lack of customer service from Walmart has made this whole situation incredibly frustrating.
