Great used condition iPad. Bought it for our 8 year old boy which he doesn't need anything new. Loaded up great, charger that came with it did not work at all but no big deal as we already had apple chargers. It also loaded IOS 12 which was great because I can watch his downloads on my own iPad.
Would definitely recommend for a parent who's not looking to spend a lot of money for an iPad. Definitely will purchase refurbished for our other 2 children.
