Everything looks in order, good condition considering that it's refurbished. Only complaint is that there's a couple scratches on the back and sides with a few on the screen.

Phone was perfect, no scratches, minor scuff marks but all in all really great shape for a refurbished phone, not noticeable at all!

Came with a charger and wire. In decent condition. A little annoyed that the post for the product said like new but there are a lot of scratches on the screen. But no cracks so that's a plus.

When I receive my iPhone 11 Pro D camera glass lens protector on the back was broken off of the phone.

After spending hours setting up the phone (I had to wait for all the apps to load...) when I began to use it the phone had a Bluetooth connectivity issue. My podcasts continually stuttered on and off and my hearing aids would pair and unpair with the same funky irregularity.  I charge it to 90% and after using it during set up, it was down to 25% in only a few hours.
