I love this iPhone 11 Pro Max it's works so much better then the one I had before I had the iPhone XS max but I had that one for 3 years I hope I can have this one that long it's so amazing!!!!

Phone was in great condition and is a great value but the charge plug stopped working after pushing it in. I used a straight pin and slid it back and forth up in the charger opening and got a lot of lint out now the lightning plug goes further in and continues to charge . Also wondered why the phone only came with like 12% charged .

Once you learn to turn it on and how to close apps you don't need it is a charming, very powerful device. Connected to Bluetooth hearing aids is a nice feature.
