The phone has scratches on the screen that never mentioned in the description and no pictures of them are present.

We received a iPhone supposed to be in "great condition" but the touchscreen lacks responsiveness, lags and sometimes freezes. We initiated a return and refund process but A1 Wireless asks us to record a video explaining the problem! :-(
I hope it will be easy to ship it and have our money back. Will keep you posted.

Horrible! Paid for a higher rated phone. Camera phone has a total black screen upon opening. Unable to contact seller. Tried to call Walmart customer service 3 times and I could barely understand the people on the other line, all 3 were not able to help me with a return, kept saying wait 48 hrs for a reply from 3 different dates.  The most awful online transaction!!!!

I received this iPhone and from day 1 it has a problem charging. I'm in desperate need of a phone so I haven't returned it, but this is just horrible service, I'm sure the seller knew this before sending it to me. This is shameful business.
