Products are received with few scratches.

Phone's outer surface is free of major scratches.

Offers good value considering its condition.

Battery capacity falls short of expectations, often below 80%.

This is my second purchase in my first purchase from another company. The phone indicated it was excellent, but it was damaged upon receipt but when I receive this one, it was exactly as described like new but it absolutely looks like it was fresh off the assembly line.

Unbelievable

Kiss Electronics Inc

I have the like new refurbished iPhone 12 256GB and at first shipment I had a problem but customer service took care of it promptly and resolved the problem and now I'm completely satisfied. Customer service was very helpful and polite and efficient. Thank you very much.

Satisfied customer great customer service

It set up effortlessly and it's a nice phone. Cool box deal love it. The only thing the screen saver was really cracked so I contacted Walmart and they gave me a partial refund so I could go get a screen saver put on.

iPhone 12

Ordering was easy online. There were multiple options for condition and memory. I selected the product based on my needs. Phone came as described with Little to no cosmetic damage, proper memory capability and included the charger and Jack. Product was also delivered quickly. A pleasant transaction.

Product condition as described

This is the first time I've ever purchased a refurbished phone and I am very happy with the process and the product. Everything was organized and I had everything I needed.

Very happy

Was such an easy process. Phone seems to be in great refurbished condition. No problems so far after having it for a week now. Shipping was fast even coming from the States and arrived a day earlier than expected.

My kid is so happy with her purchase

Wasn't upset with the phones, considering they were a gift and less than $200 each. Battery drains rather quickly, but could be because they are just old? All in all they're good, and work fine minus the fact that sometimes the screen will press things when nothing is being pressed or swiped. Only happens when on phone for a while.

Work fine minus battery draining. They had sent and scratches

The phone came with a few scratches on the front with 2 on the aluminum side paneling. Which wasn't too bad honestly they were rather small and not really noticeable. Overall I'm satisfied with purchase for roughly $200, I feel as though I got my moneys worth

My iPhone 12

Lots of scratches on the side of the phone the back of the phone and the front screen are in good condition but a lot of scratches to the case on the side and some of the buttons were stuck from a lot of dirt had to clean it up real good with an alcohol swab and toothpick

The refurbished 12

Phone came in with scratches on the phone already.
I feel it's because of the poor packaging. The box it came, isn't as strong as normal phone box's that apple products come in. It's been such a long process of returning my last 2 phones for malware. I just done have the energy to do over again over scratches on this one I just got.

Purchase from Walmart a Phone12.came in with scratches on the phone.

My phone is glitching. It won't turn on, it was at first and I could use it but 2 days after it started glitching and only showing the apple sign, but not going to the Lock Screen

Glitching
