Iphone 12 arrived in 3days after placing the order. Phone came in a non-apple box with a lighting cable and wall charger. Its in pretty good condition given that it's refurbished. There are a few scratches on the front and some large scratches on the back. Metal banding has very small blemishes which are hardly noticeable. Everything else is fine, phone works great! Overall im happy with my purchase. :)

What To Expect

Just like it said refurbished like new and that's literally what I got! No scratches on the screen or on the back, the sides around the phone look pristine I can't complain!

Ok so I'm going to start off by saying I know this was not supposed to be new but it is supposed to be in like new condition so here's my thoughts most sketchy thing I've ever bought from Walmart to is crazy came packaged ok but was wrecked strait out the box screen is scratched the outside looks like someone thru it a few times it's got dents and divots all over it does seem to function ok and u do get what u payed for ig but just disappointed at the level of quality that did not go into reselling this

Couple side edge exterior marks main issue battery 73% and that's one reason I was needing a new phone, done dealing with battery issue where I was charging my phone twice daily was expecting 80% or better as described.

I ordered Restored iPhone 12 in “Like New” condition, but unfortunately the device I received does not match that description. The screen has noticeable scratches, and there are visible marks and scuffs on the back of the phone. For a product advertised as “Like New,” this is disappointing. The cosmetic condition is far from what was promised - this should be listed as “Good” at best. Returning it.

Not “Like New” at All

Worked fine at first. I charged, setup, etc. Within 2 weeks I couldn't make or receive calls or use facetime!   I ran the Apple diagnostics which said it needed to be serviced and taken to Apple for repair!  Then it wouldn't shut down!!

Needed repair in 2 weeks

This iPhone was listed as like new but when it arrived it has cracks and Knicks all over the frame of the phone! It is in no way like new it's not even in very good condition! Just ridiculous! I'll never buy from this company again because they obviously have no problem lying about the conditions of their prosucts!

horrible. false advertising. don't buy! Phone arrived all scratched, all damaged. It looks like the phone was in the hand of a child scrubbing the floor.
