This is a decent phone came in good shape no scratches and was in good condition people be hating on the battery life of the iPhone 12 mini but it's pretty good. I had 94% battery life as long as you don't use heavy usage. I recommend that you get a portable MagSafe charger but other than that fantastic product.

The iPhone red is good gift  for my brother!

I've bought other iPhones that have been refurbished and never had an issues with those. First impression I really liked it looked good for the price. When  it came to using it that's when I noticed you get what you pay for ☹️ the phone is very glitching the camera doesn't work well. I didn't return it because it was a gift for my daughter and I had given it to her already, she was happy with it mainly, she uses it for messaging. I would not recommend wasting your hard earned money on this company.  I'm a single mom of 4 I couldn't afford paying more for a phone reason why I went with this one 😕

The phone was in decent condition, I was happy at first.But the phone would not stay charged or charge. It arrived on 10% but trying to set up the phone, It died and would not power back on. So far I should be receiving my refund so I can't complain. I will be back with an update after I receive my refund.  If people truly are receiving good merchandise, I recommend them. But not if you are in urgent need. As I did you may receive a device, you may have to send back. I appreciate being able to return for a refund

Decent device had to return. Not 4 urgent use.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other buyers should know about my experience. The phone arrived with major issues right out of the box. As soon as I turned it on, it would restart every 3–5 minutes. I thought it might just need to be charged, so I charged it to about 100%, but the problem didn't go away. It continued to reboot over and over, showing the Apple logo each time, making it incredibly frustrating just to complete the setup.
Once I finally got through the setup process, I was met with a warning that the battery had been replaced and that Apple could not verify it was a genuine Apple battery. This was never mentioned anywhere in the listing.
I purchased this phone expecting a fully functional device, but instead I received one with serious defects that should have been disclosed before the sale. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this seller. I would strongly encourage future buyers to be cautious.

Not what i was expecting

The phone is slow and get very hot while using the screen delays until you have to power off and on to unfreeze 
Phone came with scratches on the top and side it's for a 10 year old so they'll get by but wouldn't recommend

Not a great resale

The phone came in good condition but the battery life is one of the worst. It doesn't even last 2 hours. You can literally see the battery percentage go down per minute sometimes per second.

Save up and buy a better phone.

The phone had scratches all over it and the battery health was on 76% when it was supposed to be 80% or above.

Phone came in on time. Got the ph set up but the receiver of the phone didn't work. You have to use earbuds or speaker.

Everything was fine but the receiver not working.
