Iphone is exactly as stated;refurbished. BUT it is VERY RELIABLE. Functions like a brand new phone except for some scratches and lessened battery life( because again refurbished. Worth the prize of $600 compared to a brand new which is more than 1k. Very true and trustworthy!

Shopping at Walmart online was a very satisfying experience. The iPhone I purchased is a very good phone and it's working very good. The shipping was actually one day shipping which was quite surprising for me.

Correct product, one received at 88% battery with multiple scrapes or charging port, the other at 100% batteries but with specialized software I detected that it had 767 charge cycle and the battery is at 86% actually. So it's not like new, still works well so I decided to keep them

Poor description and questionable hack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving and first power up, I had a "BATTERY NEEDS REPLACING" message.  There is no way the people selling this phone did not see that message.  The quality in the description was not GOOD as listed.

Recently purchased a refurbished Iphone 12 Pro Max through A-1 Wireless, a Walmart approved vendor.   A-1 Wireless practices deceitful marketing to sell their products, and Walmart is promoting it when they are not enforcing their vendors to be accountable for the products they are selling.  For myself when buying a refurbished product, battery life is the most important quality.  A-1 did not disclose battery life information. After testing the product and finding out battery life is lower than anticipated, the responsibility and cost of returning the product is bear by the buyer. Like most people I was looking for a deal and was attracted to Walmart because it was cheaper than Amazon. A mistake I won't make again. Walmart and A-1 Wireless were poor with providing after sales service.  After spending time and cost of returning the product, it was more expensive than buying from somewhere else. 
While Amazon was a bit more expensive, but they have a no hassle return policy.  It wasn't the best online shopping experience, and I won't be buying from Walmart again until they do a better job with of enforcing their vendors to stop being deceitful and to be accountable for the products they are selling.

Deceit Marketing and No Accountability

The iPhone wasn't acutely in a good condition as described in the product section and didn't even specify that it's used and not brand new which is deceptive.
