I was leery at first with second hand but everything was great! As advertised, product works awesome. This one (my son's), for some reason moved everything over much easier than my (same) 13 Pro I purchased at the same time. Overall, we are both quite happy with our phones that we purchased on Boxing Day and gave them 6 months before submitting a review. I would recommend this product.
