Our phone showed up in beautiful condition, inside and out, with an original box and including a free phone cover! I'm very pleased with the service and product. Would buy from here again.

Phone arrived on the expected date. Phone is in great condition, no scratches or anything. Works as it should.

Good choice

When I received the first phone I purchased, the screen was glitching and would freeze at random points, as well as the brightness, although turned up to its highest, was still very dark. After running an apple diagnostics test, it was confirmed that the sensors/ambient temperature was damaged. 

Due to the fact that Wal-Mart does not have an exchange policy, I was not able to return the phone for a different one. Luckily I was conveniently able to return the phone at my local Wal-Mart and received my refund within the next 1-2 business days. Although I had used the partial payment option (Klarna) I still received my money quickly. Klarna was immediately notified of my refund to which I received an email within the next hour of returning the phone informing me that my money would be returned to me.

I took the chance and decided to purchase the phone again from this vendor and received the phone in less than 24 hours from the moment I ordered the phone. When I received it, I immediately had an apple diagnostics test ran to which everything came up at perfect. Even the battery health showed as 100%. 


My experience goes to show that you take a risk when purchasing a refurbished phone especially from third party vendors. I think it's just a matter of which device you're lucky enough to receive.

Turned out good in the end

The phone works well overall, and the performance is fine. However, it was listed as “like new,” which was a bit misleading. The battery health is 89%, and there is a small scratch on the screen. These are not major issues, but I expected a better condition based on the description. Overall, it's usable, but the listing could be more accurate.

Not quite “like new” as described

Order this phone suppose to be unlocked. End up paying a lot of money just to unlock it and took almost a week to unlock it. I was hoping  they would give me a refund for the payments to unlock the phone. They wouldn't even do that. DON'T ORDER if you don't want to pay extra  to unlock

I am very angry. c is not professional. I'm very disappointed.a the reason of the mother's day I wanted to please my mother .except that we are disappointed the phone does not hold the charge and the camera does not work.thanks Walmart for the scam.
