Late review I got this phone about 4 months ago excellent condition was expecting some minor scratches due to it being a refurbished phone but no it came excellent condition like listed no scratches or anything problematic with the phone everything works as usual even came with a screen protector!!! this is a very very strong phone very very good phone camera quality is excellent screen quality is excellent everything about the phone is excellent this is my third phone from this company and safe to say I definitely will be coming back to shop again when they get the iPhone 17 pro max at a good price! I definitely recommend this company especially if you want a stress free upgrade on your phone thank you v-tell group keep up your good work and i definitely will be shopping again!!!

The phone was as said. It came perfect wrapped in the box with a charger. The charger didn't work but everything on the phone did. And it was able to be connected to my phone provider. So far everything has checked out and everything functions as normal :)

Bought this

Surprisingly exceeded my expectations. I was very skepitcal from reviews that the phone would have multiple scratches and not look as new ad advertised. But to my surprise the phone looked very good, battery was around 88 for capacity. Which was pretty high for a used phone. Didn't really have noticeable blemises. And was factory reset and unlocked. Got this phone cheaper then some sellers on Facebook market, very happy with my purchase. The only issue is it could have had more protection in the packaging. was shipped in a large packaging envelope with the stringy cardboard wrap around the phone. So some protection but not as much as I'd like for something as expensive as a phone. Tho no harm no foul on this case.

Great phone I only wish the battery life could be better starting out. I got the phone and the battery life health is already at 86%. But that being my only complaint it's a great phone otherwise!

Every single side has scratches on it. Literally. I understand it's refurbished but for the money i paid id expect it to be in mint condition after the refurbishments. I'm highly disappointed and really upset. Its supposed to be a birthday gift and im not even sure i want to give it now because it looks like i got it off of facebook marketplace instead off walmart.

Scratches and dents

My first time upgrading as I am very frugal, and I'm very disappointed. Barely had this phone 1 month and it appears the speakers are not working! Loud crackling sounds very annoying while playing music, and the picture quality doesn't seem to be much better ($500 better)
The two things I do on my phone; listen to music and take pictures! Now I have to find the time to figure out how to exchange this phone! Upon researching apparently this 15 series is Known for the speaker issue 😩 I hope they make this easy on me 🤞🏻

It smells like some form of nail glue was used to refurbish this phone. Also, the charger piece that's connected to the phone stopped working so I wouldn't recommend this refurbished phone because obviously the right product isn't being used. I spent almost $600 for this phone, I wouldn't recommend not a refurbished one.

This phone was advertised as like new and it definitely is not. The phone has major dents, dings and scratches all over it, even a scratch on the screen. I will return, and buy from a different company.
