I ordered the Refurbished Silver Apple iPhone 7plus 128 GB (unlocked) on 12/24/2019 and it arrived on 12/31/2019. The packaging was okay. It didn't come in the original box. It only came with a generic charger and no earphones. The phone itself had small scratches on each corners, probably due to changing different phone cases. No dents at all and no scratches on the screen. The back of the phone was spotless too. Overall, the phone is great! You pay for what you get. I put an otter box case on it and the phone looks practically new and has been updated to IOS 13.3.  I will be using this phone for a very long time because I switched from Android. I've been an Android user every since it came out so 2020 will be a great start to my iPhone journey. Like I said before, this a great phone so far and I am really enjoying it...
