Excellent quality for a refurbished item. It really was “like new” ! Arrived well packaged with a brand new charging cable.

The description says the phone is "like new," but the battery maximum capacity was only 84%, and Apple recommends replacing the battery when the capacity is about 80%. This is hardly like new. However, everything else about the phone did look like new with no scratches or marks at all. That's why I'm not returning it.

A mix of good and not so good.

The phone was in brand new condition in a  generic box but that doesn't matter. It came with a non apple charging block and non apple lightning cable. The cable broke the same day I got the phone. The phone itself was what I expected being a an iPhone SE 2020. The battery is not good, minimal use and the battery goes down to 1 percent within 8 hours.
