This is the first time I bought a refurb iPhone and I was totally surprised at the quality of it!  I specified that it should be in excellent condition and it WAS!  Couldn't be happier!

Very happy with Refurb iPhone SE

Phone was as described. It only had one minor scratch only seen when screen is off and phone is at a particular angle, but came in like new if not a bit better condition than expected overall. The phone came with a charger and I bought my own case. It works well, it is suitable for what I intend to use it for so that is great!

Phone was mostly in good condition but battery healthy was only 80% so it dies fast wasn't expecting it be that low but other then that good phone I'd still say it's worth the $110 I payed for it would be better tho for someone don't use there phone as often

So, I don't know why after looking back over the description, but I have never seen anyone sell a refurbished phone or “like new” phone with less than 80% battery health. This on came with 78%. I guess I am going to return it, but it really bothers me that I paid less for it because it was a Black Friday deal than I will be able to find on now. Frustrating.

Battery Health Low

the phone condition was not like new. The screen was scratched and was dirty.

The phone is/was listed as ‘like new'. At best, it was ‘used'. The front, bottom left corner had heavy abrasion scratches on the screen. And the battery health was around 79%. I have purchased 3 refurbished iPhones (2 via Amazon site vendors for iPhone 8 and iPhone 6S ; this iPhone SE 2020 via Walmart site vendor). This is the first time advertising was completely misleading. The competitor website has guarantees.

I would have returned if not for the trouble to do it and immediate need. WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER OR WALMART RESELLERS/VENDORS AGAIN.

Misleading Description / Condition

Item description states battery health is 80% or higher. My phone's battery health was only 78% when I received it.
Make sure you buy the Protection Plan if you purchase from this seller!

Defective Item

Item described as "Like new" was covered with gouges and scratches. It even had a large gouge in a circle pattern right in the middle of the screen.
damage wise i would rate it a 1 out of 10
