Product was in excellent shape and represents a good value.  Battery came with 100% of new capacity.  I rated camera lower only because the SE model has a lower quality camera. So no surprise.

For the price of the phone it does most of the work of the iPhone Pro except for screen size and camera features. If you don't mind that, it's a great value. Battery can last a full day of normal usage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a relatively obvious scratch on the front screen that does not impede my ability to use the device. I do not have any complaints with this phone. I was able to use my previous SIM card in it, it holds a charge well, and my information copied over without issue. This a a good phone so far and an affordable and environmentally responsible alternative to buying a new phone.

Will continue to purchase refurbished phones

Scratched up screen under cracked screen protector .  Finally removed the glass screen protector because the glass around the button was scratching up my thumb.  Thought flaws I was seeing were from the screen protector but the actual iPhone screen was scratched up underneath.   Screens are basic replacements and a refurbished phone should have a quality screen

The speaker goes in and out, OFTEN.  I will have to invest in another asap.  You get what you pay for I suppose.  Disappointing to say the least.

I received my iPhone SE and I can't hear anything unless I have it on speaker. I had to pay an additional $65 to get a new speaker installed and then after one day I couldn't hear again.
I'm not happy with this.

Phone did not work and now fighting for a refund, STUPID.
