After 32 days of use, the phone will no longer charge. We report it to the store for 90 days warranty.

Duration of use

The cell phone worked for only 24 hours. After charging the cell, it was impossible to open it (black screen).

Defective item

Not eligible for return, doesn't say in description the IOS version; which is 16 and can't download the IOS 17.  Impossible to transfer my old IPhone8 which has the IOS 17 into a phone that only has IOS 16.
