The phone's appearance is fine, but the battery life is too short. You stated it was an unboxed phone when you sold it, and unboxed phones should be returnable within a month. I think this phone was returned after being with the first customer for even longer. Its battery life is very poor. I feel that buying this phone didn't deliver on your advertised promises. If I could return it, I would choose a higher-end Google Pixel 6 or 7...
