Camera has a scratch. It looks more of a refurbished phone than an open box. There is no original box of phone, there should be original packaging for open box phones.

Refurbished not open box

The phone worked great for the first 2 weeks but on day 15 it spontaneously died with over 50% battery life remaining. Once plugged into a charger it did turn back on, but showed 1% battery life and required a full charge.
To my dismay, Walmart's return policy restricts phones to 14 days for return. So I guess I'm stuck with this $400 garbage. When it works, it's great but who wants a cell phone that's battery life doesn't last 12 hours and could die and leave them stranded at any moment?

The phone is completely unreliable. It will go from 60% battery life to dead in seconds.

Don't purchase a refurbished phone from Walmart.

Just Don't!
