Smart watch was in great shape. Not a Samsung charger but works just fine. So far so good with everything!

The watch was okay but the charging cable provided was not the original, in fact it was an older cheap one.

However, it did not come in its original packaging, was missing the user manual, and included a USB Type-A charger, even though this model typically comes with a USB Type-C.

These details raise concerns for me, as it feels more like a refurbished unit rather than simply an open-box item.

Despite claiming the item is Canadian in the description, the LTE didnt work and Samsung let me know the IMEI was an american specific item. It didnt even come in a samsung box when I got it. There was only the watch and a charging cable. 

Did some research and reddit searching and found out Gadget source is as shady as they come. I ended up getting an open box on Amazon for the same price, except I think the one I got was new. It came with all samsung user guides and intact original packaging too.

LTE doesn't work

Do not trust this seller (gadget source). The item is not even Canadian and Is unable to be used on canadian cellular networks. I called samsung because I thought it was a tech issue but it turns out they think the device likely "fell off the back of a truck". 

I'm shocked that Walmart (by way of gadget source) is selling a product meant to scam its customers.

This watch is advertised by Walmart and this Marketplace Seller to be a "Samsung Galaxy Watch7 (GPS   LTE) Smartwatch".

However my cell service provider has informed me that this watch is a grey market watch manufactured for sale and distribution in a country other than Canada, and intended for sale and use in a country other than Canada. Therefore the watch's LTE function is useless in Canada.

The Marketplace Seller ignored my messages. To their credit, Walmart provided me with a full refund.
