Bad controller battery

i understand that its refurbished.  we've only had it for few days. now it will turn on the. immediately turn off. have know idea what the issue is or caused it. no idea if its from being refurbished  or not.

The PlayStation itself hardware wise seems good but the PlayStation came with bugs and droppings of bugs

i bought it for my sons and every time they try to play something the console cuts off, i feel as if the seller knew it was damaged and non playable, because upon inspection i notice damages to the concole
