I bought this phone from Walmart. The title said it was an unlocked phone.

After a few months, I sent it to India for my father. When he tried to use it, the phone was locked and could not be used.

This information was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Because more than 30 days had passed, Walmart refused to refund or help.

I feel misled by the product description. This was a waste of money and time.

I do not recommend buying this phone.

Phone advertised as unlocked but arrived locked

Phone didn't work from the start. I purchased this phone online for an older relative that needed a simple phone. When I received it the phone wouldn't charge. When I looked at the receipt I noticed that this phone was “refurbished”. I did not see this wording when ordering the phone. Obviously Walmart just resold a phone without actually refurbishing it.  I won't buy anything from Walmart online again.

Poorly advertised Refurbish item that didn't work

Finally got around to using the phone.
Got it out of the box and it won't work.  Sim card works fine in other phones but not in this phone.
