I do yoga and spinning most days of the week and now I use this on the days I don't do my yoga and spinning and it has been really helpful to mix up my routine with different exercises with this game. It's fun and energizing. You don't even realize you are exercising because it's a fun game. It reminds me a yoga with the balancing moves. My husband enjoys the game and board as well. Love it! Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually get bored easily when trying new ways to exercise and take care of my body, but this has kept me interested. It's crazy the things technology can do, and this is no exception. The balance board is so unique and different than anything I've tried before, and it's amazing how accurate it is. The first thing I did on it was test my balance, and it surprised me to see how much I lean to one side, and how much that affects my body. There's lots of fun exercises too, like hula hooping and yoga poses. Even though it's not high intensity, I definitely can feel it after a workout. I've noticed I've been sitting up straighter at my desk too. It's been a long time since I've felt like exercising is fun, but I finally do again!

This Helps Me Stay Motivated
