love the ease of having this in the house, ready to use whenever I want

I've tried lots of brands of hair color. I hadn't tried this one until recently because I thought that the low price might mean that it was low quality. I thought wrong! This hair color is extremely easy-to-use, lasts me 6 to 8 weeks, covers all areas evenly, and is superb at hiding the grey!  Don't be like me and be scared of the low price! Go ahead and try it! (Don't judge the pic! I'm a 48 yo school teacher with 28 years service down! School photo!)

Best box color for the price!

I love this color on my mom, it looks incredibly natural. It's on the darker brown side but it has a lot of golden and red highlights in it, but it's not brassy or mahogany, The tones are more like those you'd actually see in someone's hair naturally. My mom is gray in parts and this covers it well, she just leaves the color on longer. She uses a shampoo for color treated hair and she washes her hair every 4-5 days. I should probably note my mom has hair similar to this color naturally, maybe a little bit redder.

I use this on both my Mother and Mother-in law and they love the pigment color. And the fact that it covers their grays. It doesn’t dry out their hair actually leaves it feeling soft and shiny. It comes with directions and gloves but it is so easy to use after 20-30 minutes the color is locked in. Rinsing is easy and soon as there is no color in the water you know you are all set.

Easy to use and color is amazing

I have been doing my own hair for some years now and I am always happy with this.  I do mix several colors but with the cost of this product, it's easy to do!  No one can believe I do my own hair and when I have gone and had it done by professionals
it doesn't look any better than my own work!  Often it doesn't look as good as I
do at home!

Never turns out "wrong"

I've tried expensive hair dyes and the color didn't hold as well as this Revlon product.  it covers my gray better than the pricier ones

Great price - no frills

Please don't use any Revlon Hair Coloring. My mom and I been using this porducts for couple of years now but recently like 2 weeks ago we dyed our hairs and it damage our hairs! Our hair turned out super dry specially when you use shampoo (it did not happen to us this past few yrs when using shampoos) and it is very very strong smell of the coloring and i dont know its just too strong for our hair now.. maybe they did something and changed the ingredients of it but it is very very strong now and it will irritate you scalp..
