I absolutely love this Revlon color. Easy to use, no mess- left my hair super soft . The color holds very well on gray hair too, with extra time. And the color is very close to what it shows. Plus, this is one of the least harshest dyes I've ever had used on my hair. The conditioner that comes with it is incredible. It completely moisturizers the hair.
Works as good as the more expensive stuff. Easy to use, no mess. Left my hair super soft and did notice less shedding after coloring with this har color. I used soft dark brown color and matches my hair perfectly! My new favorite color.

Application is easy and instructions to follow are straight forward I've been colouring my hair at home for a long period of time . I always end up with great coverage this product leaves my hair feeling and looking healthy with a nice salon shine . No super strong scent left behind from the product .

Even though this line is mostly marketed toward people with naturally dark colored hair wishing to go lighter, it works great if your hair is light and you're going darker too. I've been dying my hair since I was 14. I'm naturally a medium-dark blonde, and I've dyed my hair many colors with many products, though i've most consistently gone lighter blonde often with streaks of blues, pinks, reds, etc. Anyway, about a year ago, I decided that I wanted a change and keeping up with roots with lighter blonde was getting to be a huge pain especially since i'm 24 and already getting gray tones. I began dying my hair deep reds and i'm absolutely in love with being a red-head now. I've most often used Revlon dyes for my natural colors (not the blues and pinks). However, I couldn't find a shade of red in Revlon that I liked at the stores around where I live. So, I tried a few brands with caution because i have very sensitive skin and also mild psoriasis, but I had some horrible reactions to the other brands. My mom (who does my hair) mentioned that it was probably because Revlon is Ammonia free and the other brands were not. So knowing that my reaction to Revlon has always been very minimal, just an itchy spot where I get a psoriasis flair up on my neck, I took to the web to see if i could find a pretty shade of red in Revlon. I found this and figured why not, even though this is for darker hair. I dyed it over a deep red shade of Garnier that had faded significantly and It looks gorgeous! The conditioner smells amazing and does a great job, like Revlon always does!

I got the deep red color, my only problem is it's not red at all, but on the plus side it didn't stain my skin at all it came right off and you can't even tell that I just died my hair bc the color wiped right off my forehead ears neck and back, and the color is really pretty but it's more of a deep brown with a little red tint.

I concur with the other reviewer who said BRING BACK LIGHT RED 160!!!! It was PERFECT for me and now all I can find is people selling old boxes where the developer bottles crunch and break, old expired product breaks hair in half, lost maybe 2 years growth from old dye- PLEASE BRING THIS COLOR BACK!!!!
