I have been using a very expensive blow dryer with the brush attached. It was almost $70 and it broke within two months so I ordered this one thinking it would just be a cheaper alternative until I go to afford to buy another one and this one is just as good if not better than my very expensive one I highly recommend recommended. It's very good. The only thing that I don't like about it is the handle is a little thick so it's difficult for me to use but otherwise I recommended 100%.

I’m still trying to learn how to use this for my hair.  It is kinda heavy for me but lighter than the previous one I purchased.  It just takes time to learn and I haven’t had enough time.  I love the heat as it dries quickly but I haven’t got it to curl .

Hair dryer

This dryer is very powerful. It dries my hair quickly. I have thicker hair. I usually use the cool setting as the hot setting is hot. I like it. I don’t want to spend time on my hair anymore. I like that the handle is thinner. It’s easier for my hands. It is very loud.

Powerful

This is perfect for my short bob! Every one I have tried is huge and my hair is too short, but this 1 1/2 inch one is perfect. It does get SUPER hot though! I only use it on low now after burning my finger. I have very fine hair and I like a lot of volume. This Revlon One Step Root Booster gives my hair SO much beautiful volume! This is my new favorite thing! It’s also great to refresh  your style on not washing days to add extra oomph to your style. Highly recommend!

This is a serious game changer for fine hair! I've used other versions of this product that were just okay, but this has the ideal brush and heat to get the job done salon-quality in no time. The only thing I would like more is this brush attachment for the 'plus' version of this product, but if you work quickly this heat setting is fine, if a little extreme.

Hot and unbothered

I wanted to try this for my short hair for smoothness and volume but it was just too hot and I was afraid of heat damage. If it had a medium heat setting that would be perfect but it's just high heat and low. It may work for longer thick hair with heat protection on but use sparingly and with caution. I don't recommend for shorter hair unless you want heat damage.

High heat/ Not recommended for short hair

The temperature is Way Too HOT! Even I can only use the "cool" or air only setting. Medium %26 High actually burned my neck. I don't know if mi e is faulty or if this the temperature the manufacturer was aiming for. Otherwise it works great, but dries my hair much slower than if I could use heat.

If you have very fine hair or thin hair then I suppose this product would be okay it doesn't get very hot not the harder to burn you or anything and the bristles are more of a surface brusher so if you have to hear it would go through your hair but if you have thick hair or long hair, really anything of substance, this is not the blow dryer for you it doesn't blow very hard and it doesn't get very hot.

The dryer gets too hot, and it’s a lot louder than any of my other revlon blow dryers. After only using it three times prior, it stopped working properly mid blow dry, the high setting sounds like the low setting and the low and cool setting barely make a sound. It also has a really bad burnt smell coming from inside the barrel. I will not be trying to use it anymore.

Wouldn’t purchase again

After about 6 weeks of using the product 3-4 times a week, the heat completely stopped working. I tried all troubleshooting options available and it’s clear the product is just defective. I did enjoy using it when it was working, but because it stopped functioning after less than 2 months, it is now a useless waste of money.
