I have extremely oily skin, roseacea, and occasional adult acne. I also have enlarged pores. I have tried so many makeup products that I have lost count. This primer surprised me, as it is extremely lightweight and easy to apply with fingertips. I haven't used it alone; I have used it under the Revlon PhotoReady makeup and I can NOT believe the results! My skin maintains a fresh, matte finish ALL DAY. No kidding. No exaggeration.

I don't know how to explain what I see as a negative: you can see the makeup. It does not flawlessly blend into the skin: a very close look will show the makeup. I still like this, though. Most people do not get THAT close to my face (inches).

This product, along with the foundation, gives me a confidence about how I look. The redness, the uneven skin tone, the pores, all minimized. Thank you, Revlon.

Great purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This by far is the best primer and I think I've tried them all. The texture is very pleasant. When I put this on it makes my skin feel so soft and radiant. I like how it applies both easily and smoothly and fills up these large pores of mine. It feels like I'm putting on silk, and it has some pore filling qualities. It is a bit thick but I don't feel it after i put foundation on. My skin stays flawless throughout the day, and my foundation doesn't come off. I put this on a few minutes before I do my foundation, and my makeup stays on all day. Thank you Revlon for this great product. I definitely would recommend it to my friends and family.

I bought the product the day before the 4th of July because I knew I would be outside in the sun all day. In in the summer my face tends to really sweat making my make up come off and look a disgusting mess. I applied this product under my make up and to my surprise my make up stayed on all day in 101 degree heat. I wasn't embarrassed to take pictures because I knew my face was flawless and intact! My aunt went and bought some right after! Definitely worth the money!

Perfect product for Summer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off this primer is so so good! first of all since it is a "photo ready primer" so it does feel a lot thicker than other primers it has the consistency of a thick lotion/moisturizer. it does have a slight smell of chemicals but its not too empowering,  when you apply it leave it on for about 2 min so your skin can absorb it after its been absorbed your skin feels super smooth and it kinda reduces pores! also this is one of the best primers i have used for oily skin. i have super oily skin so its hard to find something that wont get me super greasy throughout the day and this primer didn't get my skin all oily. super highly recommend this product!!!

This primer is really good. Pores are almost gone but mine are very minimal always. Holds down shine for a while. My makeup dows not move. I have combination to oily skin. I went to hang out at the beach it was a hot day was in the sun for 2 hrs and got back to car and was AMAZED that makeup looked Great just a little shiny.  Mind you i did sweat. A little goes a long way one pump is way to much . Will last a while .

Pretty Good

Pros:
Light and easy to apply. Gives a matt effect. Won't change too much your original skin tone and show a heavy makeup look. Sustains a few hours in summer. Great buy especially for this price.

Cons:
Can constantly feel its existence...like I was wearing a mask (not very uncomfortable but just a bit weird...). Also, some oil still came out after a few hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last month I have been trying Revlon Photoready Pore Reducing Primer and I really like it. I love the packaging it's a small glass bottle with a pump top so it easily fits in my makeup bag. Since it has a pump top it's very easy to use and mess free. The primer itself feels great and lightweight on my skin after I rub it in I really can't feel it at all. I do have some big pores on my cheeks and around my nose and it helped so much on minimizing them.  The only bad thing that happened is I kept breaking out with large pimples but it might have just been a coincidence. Overall I really like this primer and it looks great under my makeup.

I don't notice my foundation staying on longer with this primer however,  it feels nice to apply and I notice a difference with it on rather than a bare face.

Decent for drugstore

This product really let me down. At the end of the day my foundation was a HOT MESS!!! My skin isn't even greasy, I was so shiny I could of glowed in the dark. I used for 2 days (just to make sure it wasn't me) and low and behold, I started to break out bad on my chin. I immediately return this product for a refund. For the price I was expecting more and received less and some face bumps.

Photoready? Not so much
