This blends well with my salon color in between visits, covers my grey, and is much easier to use than the thinner formula  I used to use.  After I apply the cream to my hair I pop the top of the dispenser off and flush it out with hot water and also clean it with the end of the handle and the brush itself until I see water running freely through both holes.  Each time I dispense I make sure I have equal amounts of both components of the cream.  I have lost track of how long I have used the same bottle and it works just as well as the first time.

What I liked most about Revion Root Erase is how practical it is. It literally takes you 5 minutes; I put it on while I was picking up the house a bit and when I realized it was ready to rinse. The brush he brings is super accurate, so you don't make a mess in the bathroom.

I dye my hair almost every month. To cover my gray’s. There’s times where I have a special event or a. Function I have to attend and I don’t have time to dye my hair. This product has really saved me time when I needed to cover up my grays. It’s real easy to use. All you have to do is mix a little amount and apply it to your hair. Then you rinse off and you’re ready to go.

Great way to cover up Grays

The color was listed as "Light Auburn" ... it is NOT.  It is dark auburn.  And there isn't any conditioner in the package, so the first day, my hair texture felt dry any unmanageable. It was quick and easy to use, and the coverage was good on the gray hair, it just wasn't the color of other "light ayburn" products.

Inaccurate Color description

As a regular Revlon Colorsilk user, I had hoped to use this product between colorings. But 2 big problems: Root Erase is a heavy-duty, old-fashioned dye, like men used to use on their hair and moustaches. Unlike modern products, it permanently stained my sink and tub, plus my scalp and fingernails were stained for days. Problem 2: It left my hair flat and dull.

HEAVY-DUTY DYE. Stains everything. Dulls hair.
