Tech Analyst

I don't have an outdoor hot water source so I was very excited to try this product with my farm animals and older dog who is not comfortable in the bathtub. It was easy to hook up, understand the settings, comfortable to hold, had consistent, strong pressure, and was warm!  It did get a little cooler when I used it for a long period of time with the final rinse off, but other than that it was great. The price point is a little high but I'm looking forward to using this again in cooler temperatures and having happier pets.

This is so perfect for my little guy, he loves to play in the dirt, with this I give him a worm bath in the cold months.

Works Great on my Doggie

I purchased this product at the Royal Canin Dog Show in Orlando. I only used a few times no issue. Our hot water tank went out so we used our Rheem Hot wave until we could replace our hot water tank (in a RV) We used it maybe 6 times and it stopped working completely. Can't find anyway to contact any support to see if could be fixed or not

When it worked it was great

We bought this in hopes of having a cost effective alternative to purchasing a gas fired hot-water pressure washer or paying a plumber to install a hot-water hose bib. It just doesn't quite cut it. It seems like the device restricts the water flow significantly. Our neighborhood has high water pressure and when hooked up to different diameter hoses, it still lacks the ability to accomplish our tasks. There definitely doesn't to be as much of an issue with the pressure output from this unit, but it definitely seems to reduce the flow, even after playing with the pressure/flow adjustment on top. I'd equate the output to be similar to a super soaker squirt gun toy. I really wish we could get more from this. Even up north in MA, the temperature is OK for washing our vans in the winter, I just wish the nozzle had a higher flow rate

Food for thought, It'd be nice to have the full compliment of spray patterns available in all the temperature ranges. The pinpoint jet and flat fan pattern just don't cut it for washing a vehicle.
