OVERALL STOOL IS FINE,BUT ON THE ASSEMBLY THERE WERE SCREWS MISSING,AND HAD TO GO TO HARDWEAR TO GET THEM,FOUND IT TO BE  LITTLE UPSETTING  SINCE IT WAS NOT JUST  ONE  STOOL BUT ON 2 OF THEM,MANUFACTURE SHOULD HAVE  MORE QUALITY  CONTROL IN CHECKING  BEFORE SHIPPING  THEM.

The Chairs are nice however we had to buy some screws because a set of screws were too short and we had to replace those.

Many parts were scratched and one of the four was clearly alr st returned (didn't have he original packaging).  They seem reasonably nice given the price, but you do get what you pay for in this case - not great quality.
