Installation process is simple with provided hardware.

Easy to follow instructions. Basically, common sense. Turn the knob in the direction you want to water to flow. Clean the bidet when you clean your toilet.  A bidet is a necessity for my household. This one is inexpensive and does everything you need it to do, except control the temperature. its not unbearable.

For the cost, great product.  Installation not too difficult, however, you will need to get a  connector that allows 2 water cables/hoses which goes from water source to the tank. Make sure it fits to tank snuggly or it will leak. You also need the right size water cable/hose from water supply  to device which can be a little tricky, make  sure it is long enough to have some slack so you can connect properly to the device, it will vary depending on type/size toilet you have, so put it on toilet and then figure out how long it needs to be and remember to allow length for bend in cable/hose so it doesn't kink at the connectors.  This cable/hose is not really a one size fits all. These items are what you likely will need  to purchase in addition to the device.

When the first one finally stopped working, I bought another one. Wouldn't be without one of these. Works great, simple to install, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. No complaints. Don't be at home without one.

Great little item

Truly one of the better investments I've made. It's simple to install if you have the proper tools. I was dealing with a medical condition that made bowel movements excruciatingly painful and this product genuinely helped me through that. 
The best part is there is no need to waste anymore money buying bulks of toilet paper since you only need a small amount to dry and it reduces the chance of clogs

Best thing you can put in your home

Best purchase I've ever made! Dr recommended I get it due to health/surgical issues. It immediately began to increase the quality of my life, complications abated, hygiene easier and fear went down. My healing continues to improve. I will use this inexpensive, installation-friendly bidet for the rest of my life.

Works just as it should, my kids love it as well! The directions were very easy to follow. I also googled directions (I am more of a visual learner) and easily found a video on YouTube from brondell on how to install! Both directions were easy to follow!

Ok, what can I say. I love it. It makes me feel like most Americans are disgusting . I was there too… once… now im a new man… with a clean butt… I will say that it does NOT help me with toilet paper usage. Your butt will get all wet and you might need to use an extra square or too. BUT ITS WORTH it. Especially if you're a girl. Or if you have a s3x life. Buy it lol. INSTALL PROPERLY. READ FOUR TIMES OVER. And watch videos too. Just cuz if you mess up then you can mess your plumbing system and that would NOT be worth it. Be careful how you place the RUBBER WASHER, ok? Thanks brondell for a super cheap clean butt

I've been using this bidet for a few weeks now, and overall, it's a great product.

One area for improvement would be the inclusion of a hot water extender pipe or a similar feature that allows users to connect a hot water supply, which would add an extra level of comfort during use. Despite this minor shortcoming, the bidet offers excellent functionality and remains a reliable choice for anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom experience.
