I have only used once so far, but it felt solid and safe.  Heavy construction! People were correct about the inner chamber not fitting every hitch.  I spent about five minutes with my metal grinder and shaved off the tiniest bit of the corners of my hitch.  Then it slipped right in.  Nice tight connection. Great value for the price. Everyone else's price were much more.

Watch out for the shape of your hitch.
