Works very well for my elderly mom who has arthritis in her hands. This is the second one I ordered, the first one quit after about a year or two of use, but that's to be expected for the price.

This jar opener works great. The only issue is jars that have gotten cold the grip does not hold well so you have to hold it to get it to work.  But this is great for those who are unable to open jars by hand.

I bought one of these for myself and I love them so I bought another one for my friend that has arthritis and now she loves hers I saw this on a video it might not have been the same brand though anyway and he really recommended one of these so that's why I tried them and I'm so glad I did it's been one of the best things I bought if you have limited usage of your hands this would be great actually it's great for anybody but I recommend it for people that's got arthritis or you have no strength in your hands anyway try it I know you'll like it

GET THIS ITEM! 🤩I purchased the Robotwist recently and it has opened all of my bottles and jars with ease! I'm a youthful 70 yrs old, yet my hands just started having challenges.  From big containers like sauerkraut, to small relish bottles and pancake syrup plus more - this product has saved my hands and allowed me to get on with my meals. The Robotwist opened them all quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

ROBOTWIST is a Hand Saver!

I was hesitant about ordering this little gadget when my husband asked me to order it as I have been disappointed in jar openers in the past.
This one did a great job on a very tight lid. You do need to be patient while it adjusts to the correct tension for each jar.

Pleasantly surprised

Worked GREAT on a super tough jar lid that was "glued" on tight by the sticky ingredients.  VERY IMPRESSED! It took a while but it got the lid loose!  i tried manual assist lid removal tools to no avail. 5 STARS

I've only used the item twice, but for me being disabled and only having use of one hand, it works wonderful. I hope it keeps working the same and doesn't break like some people have claimed but so far it's wonderful. So far awesome for me ! Only can use 1 hand

I was under the impression this is to help seniors with arthritic hands. it is almost impossible to get it out of the packaging.  I tried it on a jar that had already been opened but was still difficult to open. Well, it got stuck and I was unable to remove it. The contents of the jar became moldy. What a nightmare! I tried so many times until it finally came off.

I bought these because of the reviews as Christmas gifts for my aging family.
BUT, my rating is based upon the following.
Do you see the end of the title where it says 2 pack?
I paid for two orders assuming I would receive 4 units total.
Each order only had one unit, thus, NO 2 PACK
It's called false advertising.

I have health problems with my hands, and have to ask  my poor husband to open jars, water bottles (these are killer on my hands). Unfortunately the RoboTwist is not that easy to use for me. I have to continue pressing on the button until the lid opens. 
I was upset and frustrated being unable to open a water bottle. Main reason buying. Jars fine opened fine, but you have to hold the jar press the button! I'll just have my husband open these things for me.
Sorry not what I expected.
