I cannot say enough good things about my Roborock vacuum — I absolutely love it! It has exceeded all my expectations and made keeping my home clean so much easier. The suction power is impressive, it navigates flawlessly, and the mapping features are incredibly accurate. I love how I can schedule cleanings from my phone and just let it do its thing while I go about my day.

It picks up everything — dust, pet hair, crumbs — and leaves my floors spotless every single time. The battery life is great, the noise level is low, and the self-emptying feature (if yours has it) feels life-changing.

I am extremely satisfied and honestly don’t know how I lived without it. If you’re thinking about getting a Roborock, do it — you will love it just as much as I do!

Extremely Satisfied – I Absolutely Love My Q10

us.roborock.com

I was skeptical about self-cleaning vacuums at first, but the Roborock has completely changed my mind. It delivers high quality performance, effortlessly keeping floors spotless and maintaining itself with minimal effort. Reliable, efficient, and surprisingly powerful

Highly efficient and high quality

I bought this Roborock Q10 S5+ with mopping and automatic emptying a week ago for my birthday present for myself and I’m just now opening the box and can I tell you that I fell in love with this vacuum it actually cleaned my whole entire house and it left it looking spotless. I didn’t know which Roborock vacuum that I wanted to purchase that didn’t cost a lot of money so my mind chose this model and I’m glad that I did. I love how when it’s low on battery or it has to empty or charge it automatically returns to the resting dock plus the instructions and the Z app is very easy to understand… If you’re looking for a good purchase with the Roborock Vacuums I do recommend purchasing this brand .. I gave it 5 stars because it really cleans your floors as described…..

It Works Great / With Great Features and Durability

This Q10 S5 is great. I had the IRobot brand for years and thought I’d replace it with a new one. So I bought the newest iRobot and ended up returning it because it really was not that bright and quite clumsy. I decided to try the Roborock and wow, this thing is much, much smarter and has more than twice the suction that my iRobot had. Not to mention quite a difference in price too!

Finally A Smart Robot!

Excellent vacuum - saves me time and enjoyable to operate. We have 800 square feet in a dusty city, we have a dog who sheds so we need to vacuum at least 2-3 times per week. The Q7 does the perfect job on MOST of our floor so that I only have to do unreachable spots (I have a high-pile rug and some furniture that it can't get around). I run it 2-3 times a week and do my touch up (where it can't reach) 1 time per week. I estimate it saves me an hour a week and it's excellent at picking up all our hair (our dog's and our own).

I don't have the automatic emptying bin - I empty it myself (every 3 runs or so / I have to rinse and dry the mop cloth anyway) rather than have a giant dock with disposable bags (not environmentally sustainable, custom/not universal bags, extra cost).

Mop function is fine - I think it does a passable job, but since it takes the same cloth over the 500 wood floor with one pass only, I gather it's mainly just doing a superficial wipe - better than nothing; good to have but not the selling point for me and I would prob just do vacuum next time.

App is relatively intuitive and makes the robot vac enjoyable to operate. My only complaint is the pin-and-go spot clean feature doesn't really work...

Great tool for maintenance (80/20)

Well, I got the vacuum cleaner, and I followed all the instructions and then I watched him go all around my apartment
He did a great job, so I named him Bob, and when Bob gets done, he goes back to his little house and charges up
I live alone, so I tell people that I have a new guest in my house and then I tell them about Bob
Everything is great thanks a lot guys
Bob and I thank you

I named him, Bob

It's been a good vacuum cleaner overall. I've been using it for a while now, and I'm happy with it for the price. My house has only one type of flooring, but I do have a couple of rugs, which it's handled well.
The dustbin seems a bit small, but overall it's been fine; it's just a little difficult to clean.
The noise level isn't very high compared to other models, and it has several suction settings.
The app is very useful and intuitive, I think it's well-optimized. I haven't tried it on different types of flooring, but it seems you can customize the suction and mopping settings for each room through the app.

I know this model isn't the most premium, but overall it's very good value for money. I've had several models and brands, and I think this is a good deal. It's sufficient for a typical apartment between 25 and 50 square meters.

The only reason I'm deducting a star is that it arrived with a small scratch on the top lid. Although it's not very noticeable, it looked unsightly.

Good deal. It's sufficient for a typical apartment

This is our second robotic vacuum with mop capabilities. We have a model 7 as well as the new the Q10. The Q10 replaces an older competitor that worked pretty well…I would rate as a 3 star. Both the Q7 and Q10 are very powerful and the capability of raising the mop even going over short carpet is a plus. If using either over medium high carpet though will slow down the machine as even when raised the mop does create some additional drag. I rate a 4 only because there is always some small detail that can be improved. Keep up the good work! These are good robots and perform well!

Good robot, does what it’s supposed to do

We recently bought a Roborock vacuum, and it has completely exceeded our expectations. Right out of the box, it impressed us with how easily it mapped our entire floor plan using its advanced sensors. The mapping feature is incredibly accurate, and it allows the vacuum to clean efficiently without missing spots or bumping into furniture unnecessarily.

The suction power is strong, and it does a fantastic job picking up dust, pet hair, and debris from both hardwood floors and carpets. It also transitions smoothly between surfaces. The app is user-friendly and lets us customize cleaning zones, set schedules, and even track cleaning history.

What really sets this vacuum apart is how autonomous and smart it is—almost like having a little robot housekeeper. We barely have to think about vacuuming anymore.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to make their home cleaning easier and more efficient!

I think my next purchase in the future will be the one that vacuums and mops.

Amazing Roborock Vacuum – Smart, Efficient, and Worth Every Penny!

I have had this for a month now. Today, I finally got it to do a full clean without interference...Along the way, I have discovered there is a limit on no go zones?!! I still gave it a four and here's why - I have the Q5 and I love that thing. It is the most reliable robot vacuum I have ever had, even with a minor breakdown when I had to send it back and was without it for two weeks...I expected a lot from the Q7 and was excited to try out the mopping feature. Wanting to make it work, I have persevered...for a month now...tweaking walls and no go zones until I finally got it right...the reason this one is so finicky is the mopping attachment - it just doesn't allow it to get out of trouble as easily as the Q5 and so you really need to make it avoid all the areas that give it trouble - mainly anywhere there is a rug sitting so that there is only a few inches of bare floor between the rug and a wall or furniture. This will hang it up every time. It just does not do transitions well at all. I was close to pulling the mop attachment off altogether so I could at least get my main rooms vacuumed but I think I am glad I stuck with it as it is nice to get the mop feature too. The vacuum is definitely stronger than the Q5 and I do love that. The mopping is far from perfect but for someone that has dogs, it definitely helps. The water tank lasts two days and so that is now my schedule - every other day I clean it out and refill the tank and wash the pad. So far, no issues - it doesn't get nearly as dusty or dirty as the Q5 which I am sure is due to the mopping action so I don't need to do a thorough clean every week like my old and no more bundled up dog hair on the brush which is amazing. For the price, I am happy for now. We will see how many days it completes it schedule without issue...

Has some quirks but a still a good deal!

Roborock customer service

Used it for a year, then all of a sudden it stops mopping, only spins around, ignores the map. It was cleaned before the failure, no clues what's going wrong.

only last for a year
