[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the drill and driver, must be at least 4 years ago, still going strong, batteries last an exceptionally long time between charges.  They don't loose their charge even in the cold.  These are my favorite tools, because they are light, great grip, and very steady when set down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last purchase was batteries for my 20V drill and driver. Was pleased to see Rockwell has added a power level button on the battery so I don't grab a weak or dead battery for a tool and have to go back for another. Thanks

I bought drill and driver over 2 years ago with batteries for life warranty and they fully back there batteries warranty

lifetime warranties

This battery is light weight but don't let that fool you lots of power within that pack.

I received 2-20V Max Lithium batteries with the product I purchased. One failed (4 days after the 1 yr warranty had passed) and I purchased a replacement. I have other battery powered Rockwell products and have had great results with their performance. I believe this to be an anomaly. 

The online purchase experience was seamless and, overall, I am extremely satisfied with Rockwell products and service.

20V Max Lithium Batteries - 2 out of 3 isn't bad

Didn't last 6 months. Way too expensive to replace. Not worth it.

one battery out of the 2 goes dead fast when being used.
