An excellant travis rod, works from either end, easy to install. I purchased it to replace one that was 20 plus year old. This one seem to be mor rugged built than the the one I replaced.

After 30 years, we needed to replace some of our sliding drapery rods (including the plastic "sliders" that the pin-fold draperies attach to in order to make them slide). The directions are pretty straight forward (photos included); however, make sure you have plenty of light when installing or a pair of magnifying lenses to read the instructions (print is small). There are plenty of "sliders" included, and the close is a tight one. The drawstring is a little cumbersome, but we took the little pulley off of the end and made two individual drawstrings (put one knot in the "open" string and two knots on the "close" string) - works fine, and the sound of the rod opening and closing the drapes sounds like the old fashion roller coasters when they climbing a steep incline! Works great - highly recommend the product.

Difficult to set up compared to other rods I have installed. However, I think the design lends itself to a solid product though time will tell. Still need to make one adjustment to be sure the drapes will be properly distributed on opening and closing.

I did not install this product myself, so I cannot say if it was easy to put up or not. But as far as the way the product functions, I have no complaints. Its a good, heavy duty curtain rod and works great!

The first rod came short 10 hook hangers but wayfair shipped another one & I received very quickly, great customer service. Would recommend for the price & features

Decent affordable traverse rod

Bought this brand for because of the rush and ease of delivery. When the cord is pulled the drapes get stuck in the same place every time. It is embarrassing as I purchased this as a gift with professionally made draperies. Thankfully my friend does not mind having to reach up and get the drape unstuck every time she opens it. They get stuck on the "lip" of where the two sides of the rod feed together.

No good instruction, especially about the center bracket. The metal dial was too tight, but no explanation whether it should be or can be turned. Therefore, the bracket cannot be made to secure the rod.

Customer service calls no answer repeatedly, messages left without returning call.

I am basing this review in comparison to the previous traverse rod we are replacing. Our 120lb dog became entangled in the cord of our old one and destroyed it. That said, the new rod in question is designed poorly and cheaply. I thought I had ordered the exact same one, as we got both from Walmart. That was not the case. The top rod does not want to snap into place and we gave up on it last night. I think we'll cut our losses and return it.
