Samsung Canada

After two years of use, this phone literally handles anything and everything I throw at it effortlessly, from editing documents, pictures and videos, as well as heavy gaming including Android games, Cloud gaming and retro emulation of almost any console upto the Wii era. Dex has saved my life and my job countless times. It simply refuses to slow down! There's nothing really to be said here. I am very nitpicky with the devices I buy and I have zero complaints with this device. Take care of the phone and it will take care of you, as long as you have a charger at hand ;)

Probably the best Samsung I have ever owned!

After a day of power use :

Reviews will mention lack of 1440p and SD card slot.   I will miss the SD card but the screen is superior to the S20 due to adaptive refresh to 120hz.  Excellent balance between battery usage and performance.   I believe most users opted for 120hz in te S20 as well which also was at 1080p... however now the 1080 will be a native resolution for the panel instead of a scaled one.

In all other aspects - speed , quality of materials, etc.  Top of the range.   

And Samsung - I noticed the pre-installed screen protection.   Very nice touch.   Kind of makes up for there being no power brick in the box.

I purchased this phone in March /2021 to replace my S9+ and it s great. It lighter easy to hold and has a great camera.

Im only issue is that you cannot add an extra memory card.

Amazing Phone

All around great phone. I am not an "Apple" product shopper so Samsung 
and LG have been my top brand choices for mobile phones. There are tons of options in personal settings so you can customize your phone to suit your needs. The available options and multiple settings for quick and easy setup as well as accessibility to help those with any impairment to set up their phone with voice or hand commands if required. A simple call or text, surfing the web, shopping or accessing an online account is at the tip of your finger or via voice command in almost any situation. Camera is great. The amount of assorted features and setting options allows you to take your photos to another level, even without any photography experience. Fun to play with the pictures and the edit options. Sound is pretty good too. Could have had better options for playing music from multiple genres without having to modify settings for each song. But I think all devices could sound better. With the technology out there all music players could do better. I also wish there was a SD card slot. I listen to music a lot and would prefer to store my Playlists on a SD card then it take up so much storage space. Upgrading to a larger internal storage space was a very big price jump that I myself wasn't willing or able to dig deeper into my pockets for. All in all, I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone.

All Around Great Phone

Thanks, Samsung micro sd was the only this keeping me with Samsung I been ith Samsung since s3 switch to note 3 and now have note 10 plus but due to the fact, Samsung is taking the same path as apple no charger and micro sd. its time to switch to Apple or google.

s21 mirco SD

Had an S9+
Tried the S21 Plus but the front facing camera was so soft and fake looking.  Color on phone was terrible. So I Upgraded to the Ultra and yes the camera is amazing but the color is off as well. When I look at my S9+ pictures,  they display so much nicer on the S9+.

So I decided I would live with it.

I was talking the 1st night and the call randomly dropped, which I never have an issue when I am at home on any phone.

It kept restarting randomly even when I was using it.

So I reset the phone and started over.  It seemed better...

When I woke up in the morning the screen lept turning on... then off... then on... then off...

I boxed it up immediately and returned it.  Don't need ohone troubles.

Now I need to decide what to get.  The Note doesn't look to promising either...  too bad.  Had many Samsungs over the last 18 years..

Best Buy was Great!  Phone not so much

Just had to replace a phone, in an emergency, for our Daughter. Purchased the #Samsung #GalaxyS21. Price was, what we consider, in our opinion, outrageous! We felt ripped-off and disappointed! Further, Samsung has not included a charger, or headphones and has deleted the slot, to insert a Micro SD Card, for expandable memory. Saying they didn't think it was necessary, is akin to Ken Olsen saying that he saw no reason for a person to have a computer in their home. If you already have an USB-C charger, that you think you're going to use, you might want to think again. It will work, but as slow as molasses! It's not designed with the power rate, desired by the S21 and new line of phones. We only discovered this, when we brought it home and tried to set it up. They went back to a flat screen, which is better than the rounded infinity screen and the colour we bought her, is pink. So, she's happy about that. We still had to also buy a phone case and a separate screen cover and insurance, to protect the investment. Now we're looking for a new charger! We have been buying Samsung devices for years! It appears our loyalty has been betrayed. We, currently, have 3 Samsung phones and 3 tablets. Time to start looking at other manufacturers! It's a nice phone, but it's not the Crown Jewels, for the price!

Not Worth the Money!

I bought this phone on February 9,2021 and have had nothing but problems with it! It drops network connection constantly, while my husband can get connection on his Samsung S-8 standing right next to me. We are on the same account so it's this piece of crap phone! DON'T BUY IT!!!!

Terrible phone! Looses network connection!!!

I was about to buy a 21 ultra for my wife and another one for myself, then just noticed that there is no sim car or head phone jack ... Might as well buy an iPhone.
