[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liked the waffle cast iron, it has reasonable weight to it, easy to use and flip. Just wished they pre seasoned it as the ridges would have been properly done instead of manually doing it.

A healthy dose of coconut oil spray before adding freshly milled einkorn  batter and we had perfect waffles for supper the day it arrived. If I could change anything about it I would maybe make it a little bigger  with slightly longer handle.
