Works great for quickly covering windows for privacy. Many applications, street view windows, temporary covers, rentals, entry doors w glass. Let's plenty of diffused light through %26 wont block the incoming natural sunlight.  Only part which is minimally tricky is getting backing off once you've cut initial piece to size.  Worth it.  Easy take down %26 quickly reinstall in new spot when needed.  Recommend.

great privacy and let's light in! There is 24x74 of film in the package. I cut to size (I did not do the recommended extra 1 inch because the material is kind of thick and I was using this on a window) I cleaned the windows with Streak Free Window Clean/Vinegar Formula and also used it to saturate the window to place the film. The film can be moved around and taken back off to get the right coverage. I used a ruler to squeegee out the liquid and bubbles. There are zero bubbles, smooth and seamless and looks great!

Great product for small areas

This provides great coverage. I used a craft paper cutter to cut these evenly for our front door. It's easiest to cut on the soft side, not the side with texture. There is plenty of privacy but still allows tons of light. I used window cleaner to help stick it and get it right where I wanted it to be.

Perfect

I stumbled across these while looking at curtains online. I thought it would be good to use on the bathroom window. I liked that it is a cling, not a sticker (would be a real pain to remove!). They look like a real frosted window. Easy enough to apply. There is a backing to remove. I followed the instructions and had no problems. I didn't need to spritz the window with water - it stuck very well. I cut it an inch or so larger than needed and then "stuck" to the window and used a pencil to draw a line at the glass edge. Then was easily able to use scissors to make a straight cut. Very happy with this. It covered two regular size windows (bottom half only). There is still a chunk left over. Nice for privacy yet letting sunlight in.

Nice looking and easy to apply

I love this privacy film! I needed a heavy privacy film and this serves well.
I don't think there's any film out there more pvt than this one. 
It looks like if your window was full of frost. There's no way anyone could see in with this stuff. I used on back door and basement windows serves well.

Love this very very private

I've been getting sick of people walking up to my front door %26 peeking inside wihtout even waiting for us to answer the door. So rude! This film was an easy fix. I followed exact directions and it turned out perfectly. You'll see our door with and without film in the photo I attached. Doesn't look that different, but I tested it evening and day, and it absolutely works!!! You can't make out anything or anyone inside.

Easy to put on. I bought a window tint kit off of Amazon. I used a 32 oz. spray bottle with 50/50 mix of alcohol and water to clean the windows. Make sure to scrape all grease and paint off of the window. Then I used a 32 oz. spray bottle with a mix of water and 10 drops of Dawn to wet the window before applying the film. I used the window tint kit to apply the film and smooth out the air bubbles. After about two days, all of the bubbles were gone. I have done 2 sets of french doors, 1 Bathroom window, a Dining Room window, and 5 Bedroom windows. Houses are close together were I live and I feel safer knowing the neighbors cannot see inside  my house. I will buy this product again if needed.

It works

This is great on bottoms of windows to prevent dog from barking at every leaf that blows by. lol  It can be a challenge to put it up at no fault of the product It is doable.

Great product at a great price

Very easy  to use and it stays on. Works very well with giving me the privacy I need without blocking the sun.

Worth the money for the privacy

Super easy to install! Took me about 15 minutes from start to finish to cover the window I bought it for. So very pleased with the final product and the ease of installation. Don't let the negative reviews scare you. It really is easy peasy!

Worth it!

Worst version of this type of product that I have ever used. I have used probably a dozen different kinds, including this exact type and brand a few years ago, and have not had any issues. This latest purchase will not stay on the window. It's like the vinyl stretched in places as it was being rolled so it's not 100% flat so it bubbles in places and will not stay on the window. I tried all the tricks short of using actual glue to stick it. I've always been able to use only water or soap and water. I could not figure out a way to make this work.
