Good: It is a decent product; I used it as a heating pad. Keeps heat for a while.
Bad: I need to keep the part of the box with heating instructions since I don't use it often.

Fits the whole length of my lower back and can be used hot or cold. Love it.

Like the fact that its surface is pliable and flexible. Dislike that it doesn't get real cold like my other Gel Pacs do.
