[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy it is to use. Unfortunately it doesn't work as well as I was hoping. I did apples for the time they were supposed to be in there and they came out only half done. Overall I much prefer the products at the stores, but for someone without super high expectations this is good.

I received this item on 12/19/2020 and probably began using shortly after. Paid $45.00 for it. It worked nicely at first, and I use it about 3 times a week. I followed all the instructions, not running it too long, using the trays as stated. As gentle as I was with it and while cleaning it, all the trays have since cracked, on the bottoms and now the sides. The pieces of the trays crumble off when I touch it. It is now 3/4/2021 and the trays started doing this a couple weeks ago. Wasn't worth the money for about 2 months of using. I just ordered the Excalibur 9 tray model 3900B with Walmart online for $209.00. The Excalibur website has it on sale until 3/8 for about $10.00 less but wouldn't take my code at checkout plus I'm always happy with Walmart's service and it's worth the extra $10.00 instead of the frustration. From all the reviews I've learned that the Excalibur is a very good quality machine and has a 10 year limited warranty and is made in the U.S. The reviews on Walmart and on the manufacturer's site is the reason I purchased it. Plus it has stainless steel trays, is square which holds more and other pluses. Thought I'd share the information.

Pleased with Dehydrator

The unit is light weight, relatively quiet and does an excellent job.  I am learning a lot about dehydrating foods.

Food Dehydrator,

Nice little dehydrator for in home use have made several items in this thing and it does a great job. Pretty basic otherwise.

Banana Chips All Day

dehydrator works fine but temperature knob was broken off.  Can still set it by twisting stick part on inside knob.  Not sure if it was sent broken or if when they literally DROPPED it on my concrete porch it broke then.  Not worth bothering to return since its cheap anyways probably have the same issue

I have used this for meats and veggies and so far so good! I love the temperature controls, excellent feature. Plenty of room on 5 trays. My top cover is warped some so I always place something heavy on top, like a can, making sure to not cover the air slots. Highly recommend!

Great purchase

This works great! I use it on the highest heat for my deer jerky and it's perfect!

Trays are hard to clean but the product dehydrated my herbs and fruit well

Its a bit smaller than I expected, but after using it i believe it is perfect. It holds quite a bit and is easier to store. Works very well too!!! I would definitely recommend for normal household use.
