This is a high quality grease that stands up to heat, high pressure such as gear teeth and life span.  I use this exclusively since it came on the market.  I can testify to the quality operating and lubrication  in  temperatures well above 500°F.   There are better grease formulations on the market, but they are much higher priced.  For the money, this is the best grease you can buy.  You will find your equipment lasts much longer using this grease, especially on high speed bearings that carry a heavy load such as mowers and universal joints.

Also if you have a diesel shell Rotel is a quality product for any different things like oil. It isn't super thick but that viscosity of oil is what you need for these kind of applications
