Good quality. As a big guy at 300 lbs I was worried they wouldn't fit, but they were the only black cargos I could find online, anywhere. They're almost tight enough to not need a belt but not quite. Length for me at 5'10" is perfect. They have ties at the ankle to tighten the cuffs. Great for concrete work.

2XL is about a 50 waist

I bought these as work pants and my wife likes the look so much she won't let me work in them.  I had to get a second pair.  Great quality, very durable.

These cargo pants have more pockets than another popular brand I own that cost me twice the price and are just as well made as the "Minnesota" brand!

Real feel real look. Almost thought these weren't remakes. Amazing pants. Absolutely love them. Super soft. Great fit. Nice and baggy. Color is right on the money. Pockets. Great. Seemingly heavy duty zipper. I am interested to see how well the stand up to work.

These cargo pants are exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the material is very good. All seams are strong. Pockets are secured so that they do not lose shape, and the sizing is accurate. The also have a zipper closing which many other brands do not have. I highly recommend them.

Runs big, if you like things loose on you order as usual but if you want it tight go down a size.

Ok so these are definitely designed to be worn at the actual waist (around belly button) not the hips. Sizing is wacky :( but baggy cargos are in. If you are buying truly for combat go get some from propper honestly. These look cool and the extra pockets are useful for menaces like me. The color selection is great.

Cool with Caveats

When I buy an item from a store and it is sold by another vendor it would be FAIR if the vendor stated its return policy UP FRONT. Paying the initial shipping costs (that would have been free as part of the total Walmart order), was acceptable because I was aware of that. Now, since these pants don't fit, I have to pay RETURN shipping and a RESTOCKING FEE (unless I exchange the item for another size, which also may not fit). I am not going to risk another set of fees if the medium doesn't work so I suppose I will be biting the bullet on this return. NEVER again will I order a third party item from Walmart. And Walmart itself - never my first choice - drops further down on my list. Another company (beginning with A) doesn't treat it's customers this way. Even third party vendors terms are made clear on the competition's website.

Buyer beware...

Yes I bought three of these pants and two days of wearing it the pocket has a gaping whole. What if my hubby wallet would have fell out because of this bad quality! Also it will fadd immediately after one wash. I have pic so to prove it.
