[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using this fan on my patio and it's been great.  I live in Florida and it gets really hot and this makes a really nice strong breeze.  It's really strong but at the same time very quiet.  We can all be on the patio chatting and it's not annoying or loud and it's strong enough everyone can feel it.  Having a remote is an added bonus.  It has lots of options if you want them.  The base is also very heavy so this won't blow over in a heavy thunderstorm. This fan is really nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this fan to put in my wood shop / garage shop as Texas summers get VERY hot, and there's little air movement in there.  I am pleasantly surprised at how much air this fan moves for the noise level.  It's not silent (none are) but it's definitely quieter than other fans I've had that moved similar air.   Fan is very well constructed and feels like it will last many years.  The integrated handle is great, as I move this fan between the shop and our back patio in the evenings.  We control the speeds with the remote as it cools down at night and we need less airflow.  On the lowest setting (I believe it has 5) - it is near silent, but still circulates air nicely. 

Great fan - I just need to get another one now :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Rowenta Outdoor Extreme Fan is perfect for our Lanai!  So powerful you can feel the cold air sitting feet away!  Oscillates so everyone can cool of together. Features 3 different settings so the warmer it gets the higher it can be set.  Comes with remote so You don't even have to get up to change the setting.  Another great feature is is had rolling casters, so it can be moved easily.  Very happy with this fan, it was extremely easy to put together too.

What a powerful and efficient fan!

I'm not sure why we haven't invested in an outdoor fan sooner but this fan has been a game changer.  It keeps the flies and mosquitoes from swarming, especially if you really crank it.  And it keep us nice and cool! Double win!  I have this fan situated under our outdoor umbrella so it blows cooler air.  I love this fan and it reaches a pretty substantial area of our patio.  If you live in Texas or anywhere close to Texas climates, you need this!  Do yourself a favor and buy one now!

Keeps the bugs away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's a lot to like about this fan. The air movement is great. The air near the fan isn't too breezy and it feels just right from a good distance away.  Assembling the fan out of the box is super easy. The base is very well made and the weight makes it feel like a heavy duty and durable product. The remote is intuitive and has a convenient storage location on the back of the support post. We have it on the back porch and it's made the early Texas spring heat comfortable.

What I don't like is how puny the casters are compared to the quality of the rest of the product. Some investment on these casters would be appreciated.

Breezy fo sheezy

Make sure you keep your receipt and the box! Paid cash, set up the fan and was excited at how nice I thought it was. Weather was good for a couple weeks and didn't need it. Second time I went to use it the control board fried! With no receipt and no box nothing I can do but throw it away!

Nice fan if it works.
