Durable and Sturdy

Poor quality overall; doesn't go high enough, slides around on the floor while ironing. Please let me know how to return the ironing board.

Unpleasantly Surprised

The ironing board has plastic sliders that allow it to fold into a compact size. The sliders on my ironing board broke after normal use, making it impossible to fold and store. The slider's weak point is the small plastic pins that hold them in place within the folding mechanism. Rowenta needs to make the pins stronger for this design to work. The sliders are also impossible to fix on your own. I do not recommend this ironing board, and I will purchase a replacement from a different company.

Sliding Mechanism Failure

I had a Rowenta Ironing board that was about 15 years old. It was awesome, well made, heavy duty, etc. I lost it in hurricane Harvey so I ordered this one as a replacement. What a huge disappointment!! It's cheaply made and doesn't work. Don't waste money on this product. I'm so disappointed in Rowenta for this inferior product.

Do not purchase

rear folding flap does not work....board does not slide forward after release of flap.....no clear instructions on the use of this item.....tried to contact product support and was put on hold for over 40 minutes....finally spoke with someone.....the problem with the board was not resolved and I had to return it for the second time.....

inadequate instructions

I purchased this ironing board 5 months ago - the part of the ironing board top that is supposed to fold before closing no longer stays closed- so it can't be closed and stored . The underside is plastic which doesn't seem like a good durable design option
