[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't expect such as powerful steamer that was hand held. 
I steamed the wrinkles from my new king sized bedspread and it worked phenomenal. I then steamed a shirt that i had been unable to get the wrinkles out. Yea  Rowenta !!!!

I Love this steamer. It is so much easier to use than an iron.  It heats up in a few seconds and shuts off automatically. It works so quickly on wrinkles. I just hang my garment on the bathroom door and in less than a minute it is wrinkle free. I loved mine so much, I bought my daughter one for Christmas. It really makes my morning routine a lot less stressful when I'm rushed.

Best thing ever.

I bought, received and used the DR7000 garment steamer. I don't have a clothes dryer because it recently broke so I've been using the DR7000 to un wrinkle shirts, skirts, dresses, etc... and it works so well I don't think I'll get a clothes dryer right away. I can take my time and get what I really want because wrinkles aren't a problem anymore!

This is by far one the best one. I had another one, that could only steam clothes that's hanging, but not iron anything. This one could do all of it. I hate irons, because they are too heavy. This one is lightweight, easy to carry around. Also, its safe to carry around and not accidentally burn your self.

I absolutely loved this machine! This had my clothes nice and wrinkle free in just a few minutes! I was even able to steam my curtains, my lounger chair cushion, and also my couch throw pillows. Amazing! This hand held steamer was super lightweight and very easy to use. I loved the design. This comes with a couple extra accessories to change from scrubbing or sponge application. This is definitely a must have when traveling! Loved it! I would repurchase this product and highly recommend it to my friends and family!

Awesome for travelling!

I tried this because of the good ratings.  It worked well on my drapes, getting the wrinkles and folds from being packaged.  Even with my RA, I could use this easily.  I would recommend this product.

It was perfect for what I needed it for. I used it to steam all my mattresses and intend to use it for clothing , also.

it does not work with wrinkle i owned other average brands in the past and they worked better. i expected a lot better ftom rowenta

does not fix the wrinkles

Used this item 2 times with little problem besides emitting more water than steam sometimes.  When I tried using it the 3rd time, it will heat but does not produce steam at all.  Tried blowing air in canal, but no results.  I spent 25 dollars on two half-successful steaming jobs.  Very disappointed!
