I mix these charcoal pellets with hardwood pellets for the perfect charcoal and wood smoke taste of all the meats I cook on my pellet smoker.

I've been using Traeger brand pellets for years and then finally decided to use a different brand after I picked up some bad pellets from Home Depot, I like how these pellets are good and solid and have a really good flavor also I was very surprised as to how good they were , and the amount you get vs the Traeger bag , you just can beat the price . So I'm now ordering these on a regular basis

Can't beat the price

These took the pellet smoker that struggled to get above 400 to a real grill. Gets up to 500 and it gets there fast. Def the way to go for grilling on a pellet grill.

Not quite like using charcoal but the pellets have a similar smell and flavor. Flow thru on my smoker was great because pellets are dry. 
I'll be using these probably 90 percent of the time now.

Pretty good stuff

Royal Oak charcoal pellets are the best charcoal pellets I've found since I've been using a pellet grill/smoker the last 6 years. These pellets burn hot and maintain a serious charcoal flavor!

Serious Charcoal Flavor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely loved these pellets. Gives that charcoal grill flavor with some added smokiness! It made for a delicious smoked dinner our whole family loved!

Love the flavor these add mixing them into normal wood smoker pellets! Mixing also gives you a lot more steady heat over longer smokes, so that's a nice benefit as well.

The BEST charcoal pellet out there.

Royal Oak has made a good pellet to be part of their wood-burning family. The flavor that is given to food by their 100% Hardwood charcoal is placed within this product.

Great Charcoal Pellet

These are the BEST pellets for getting pellet burner BBQ to taste like it's stick burner.  We smoked a prime gold Wagyu brisket using regular pellets and then tried these with a choice brisket and the choice comes out just as delicious as the prime. These consistently make cheaper graded cuts outperform extremely pricy cuts like prime Wagyu.

Do It

These charcoal pellets burn a little bit hotter than the wood pellets, so the individual that's smoking with these just needs to play with the temp on their pellet smoker, but the taste of the food is amazing. 

If you're smoking something and the recipe calls for 275f, set the smoker at 225f and you'll be close.
