I go through a lot of tissues on a daily basis.  I find that these, Royale Original 2ply tissues; albeit, a cheaper brand of tissues,  to hold up  perfectly. 
I would definitely recommend these tissues rather than pay for high quality tissues that can do the same.

Be careful when ordering this product online as it may come directly from the manufacturer along with a $14.98 additional shipping fee. Not worth the money at this point. Very disappointing to see this additional charge added to the final bill.
