Appears to be made of more plastic than rubber flexible of the basket made in the 70's.  Too soon to rate durability,  sturdines and value at this time.

love the basket how it fits the hip with cut-out area and the  size is good for extra large load of clothes
was shocking price ,  so am counting on it lasting a long time (and not being another throw away plastic item)

This is a sturdy basket.  Definitely worth the money. My pregnant daughter said she loves how easy it is to carry.

Well made basket

I like it. I think it will last many years. It is very sturdy and I love the color.  I had a flimsy round basket which took a lot of space. This one fit much better between the washer and a folding stand I have. The folded clothes fit much better in it and can be carried from room to room to put away.

Strong and sturdy

The Rubbermaid laundry basket I had before this one (same design, different color) lasted over 20 years. These things are almost indestructible. The multiple handles are so convenient and the curved side makes it easy to carry. Yes, it’s more expensive than some other laundry baskets but it’s worth every penny.

This basket replaced an identical one that has lasted so many years I can't even remember when we bought it. It has been a real trooper used to haul our laundry to the laundry room and back on a weekly basis. One of the handles finally broke off, but considering how long it lasted I wanted to replace it with the same model. Don't hesitate to buy one for yourself - you won't regret it!

Wish this basket was just a bit deeper but I do like the shape and it is easy to carry. It is good because it has a low enough profile that if I open my dryer door with this right under the door it would catch anything that might fall on the floor otherwise. On the other hand the reason I got it was to be able to carry it out to washline full of wet clothes and then later to bring the clothes in when they are dry. It holds a decent amount of items-i.e. a load of towels-but if I had a lot of things on the line I might not be able to fit all the dry items in. Having said that I believe it will last me a good line time being a Rubbermaid item and it was reasonably priced.

Rubbermaid products are outstanding. I love this very sturdy product, but was disappointed in this purchase because the picture shows this is turquoise. What I got was dark blue, not turquoise. It's sturdy and I love the bean shape because I can just grab the opposite side and hold it against my hip to get to the laundry room. I've used these for years. They really last a long time but the handle broke off of one of mine, so I had to buy another one. I can't believe these are this expensive now.
