People tend to put a lot in closets and this product really cut corners. I am going to be surprised if it will hold up. The front poles are very cheep and the HOLES in the front to mount the shelving DID NOT ALL LINE UP. We were short the amount of brackets we needed. We were also short one back clip as well. My husband and I installed it, took way to long. For someone that does not do things like this the directions are very hard to follow. We have put other brands together and found this one much harder to follow. Rubbermaid is my brand of choice, but I was very let down by this product. Sorry, but I feel I have to say the honest truth. I think they could have done better. Also could not find the brackets to purchase at the store. Now have to wait on the company, (did this over the holidays) It seems this kit does not link up with all the others. NOT spelled out when you buy, it looked to us like they all go together, until you try to put them together, surprise! NOT very clear information given.

This item was not user friendly. Definitely needed two people to install. Adjusting shelf size was with a hack saw which was not easy to do. Fasteners to join the shelves to the support poles kept slipping. I would not feel confident putting any type of weighty items on the shelves. Would NOT recommend or use again.

Rubbermaid

THE WIRE RODS FOR THE CLOSET UNIT IS NOT VERY FREE SLIDING.  The part of the hangers that are supposed to slide over the rod keep piling up on each other.  When I had the closet made I was able to purchase a cover that went on the rode.  Because the rode on the Rubbermaid is so small I can't find a cover to fit.  Wish I could find a cover that was only 1/4" in diameter.

NOT VERY "FREE SLIDE"

We looked at many different closet organizers prior to purchasing this one. For the difference in price the rubbermaid organizer was a huge value. The instructions werent the best, but with a little patience we were able to figure it all out.

It is so hard to put tgeher becausethe instructions are 1 age ad most of the page is picture. itintas good s thought it would be. th oles are so cheap,and i had mising clips.
